Send end A and end B thread diameter, pitch, gender, tolerance and engagement. Mark the shoulder faces and maximum available height × outer diameter on your sketch.
Two interfaces. One axial load path.
Custom Inline Load Cell Engineering
Define both ends of the mechanical interface before adapting the sensor. Request metric-to-UNF threads, male-to-female geometry or a capacity and signal package for your mechanism.
Request an engineering review ↗Include working and peak forces, duty cycle, alignment, preload, ambient temperature and the required ingress conditions. Extended temperature and IP68 options require a configuration review.
The engineering handoff covers a proposed MT-ILC configuration, drawing revision, calibration scope, prototype quantity and quoted schedule. One-piece requests are welcome; commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation.
ENGINEERING RFQ / SAMPLE REQUEST
Send the load case.
Define the interfaces.
Include both thread ends, working and peak force, available space and the signal your controller expects.
