STEP & datasheet: identify the series, capacity and both thread interfaces. Request the drawing revision that matches your proposed configuration; generic diagrams are not manufacturing CAD.
From load path to PLC
Inline Force Sensing Resources & CAD
Prepare the mechanical drawing and measurement specification for an in line load cell. Request a configuration-specific STEP file, datasheet or calibration scope through the engineering form.
Request an engineering review ↗Linearity: define the reference line, loading direction and full-scale range before comparing a non-linearity percentage. Non-linearity, hysteresis, repeatability and total measurement uncertainty are different quantities.
Multiple sensors: use separate channels when you need individual forces. A parallel bridge arrangement needs matched characteristics and a suitable summing circuit; it does not preserve independent readings.
Integration checklist: excitation and pinout, shield termination, cable routing, units, sample rate, filter delay, zeroing and overload protection. Include these in the paired sensor/conditioner review.
ENGINEERING RFQ / SAMPLE REQUEST
Send the load case.
Define the interfaces.
Include both thread ends, working and peak force, available space and the signal your controller expects.
