Test frames · assembly lines · push-pull rods

Measure the force between two threaded rods.

Studs must engage without bottoming out or loading the cable exit. Share the complete stack drawing, including rod ends, jam nuts and any alignment joints.

Three inputs for the first drawing review

  1. Female thread depth, pitch and mating stud length
  2. Tension/compression range and fixture stiffness
  3. Alignment joint, mounting preload and side-load exposure

Family selection ranges follow the project catalog plan. Dimensions, accuracy, material and IP rating are confirmed for the quoted part.
