Information you provide
The RFQ form collects contact and organization details, engineering requirements, selected configuration and optional drawing attachments. We use this information to evaluate your request, prepare a quotation and communicate with you.
Mail and technical services
The request is sent through our mail provider to our engineering mailbox. Attachments travel with that email and are not published as website files. Hosting and email providers process the data needed to provide these services; international processing may be involved.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry correspondence as needed for project follow-up and applicable business record obligations. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss retention of confidential drawings.
Website operation
Technical logs may record IP address and request information for delivery and abuse prevention. This initial release does not enable optional third-party analytics or advertising trackers. See the cookie policy for browser storage.
