Connect axial sensing through two external studs.

Specify thread root loading, tightening method and transient peaks. Do not transmit installation torque through the sensing section or use an ultimate overload value as a working rating.

Three inputs for the first drawing review

  1. Stud diameter, pitch, free length and shoulder geometry
  2. Shock peaks, fatigue cycles and installation torque
  3. Temperature, ingress and connector requirements

Family selection ranges follow the project catalog plan. Dimensions, accuracy, material and IP rating are confirmed for the quoted part.
