Put force feedback at the actuator rod end.

Confirm the actuator rod gender and both mating threads. Specify the load cell length between shoulders and the wrench clearance before freezing the rod-end design.

Three inputs for the first drawing review

  1. Rod-end thread and required engagement on both ends
  2. Continuous force, peak force and axial alignment
  3. Remaining stroke, stack length and cable exit clearance

Family selection ranges follow the project catalog plan. Dimensions, accuracy, material and IP rating are confirmed for the quoted part.
