MT-ILC-MM / REVISION-SPECIFIC COMPARISON

FUTEK LCM300 / LCM200 alternative review

Both original series use external threaded ends. An MT-ILC-MM review starts with the exact FSH/QSH item and drawing revision, rather than treating every LCM model or thread as interchangeable.

ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER REFERENCE

Identify the original part before choosing the replacement.

The dimensions and capacities below describe the cited original documents. The proposed MT-ILC drawing, electrical map and calibration scope are supplied for a separate approval.

FIT CHECK 01

Load interface and mounting stack

Measure the full mounting stack between mating shoulders, including stud free length and nut access. Body diameter alone cannot establish fit.

FIT CHECK 02

Termination, clearance and variant

The FI1534 reference has a 4-pin micro circular connector. Older integral-cable parts need their own termination and strain-relief comparison.

FIT CHECK 03

Range, protection and system behavior

Original item ranges are not identical to nominal metric request points. Define working force, overload exposure and calibration range before choosing the proposed capacity.

BRIDGE / CONDITIONER / CONTROLLER

Match the signal chain as well as the thread.

Compare excitation, rated sensitivity, bridge resistance, signal polarity and the conditioner scale. A reused amplifier may need recalibration even when the mechanical interface fits.

Review a paired conditioning kit →

Ask for a drawing-led comparison record.

  1. Original order code, drawing revision and calibration record.
  2. Proposed MT-ILC interfaces, envelope and cable/connector definition.
  3. Side-by-side excitation, sensitivity, polarity, units and output scaling.
  4. Calibration points, serial association, prototype quantity and quoted lead time.

Original-brand prices and delivery dates change by item and configuration. Request a current quote; no universal saving or interchangeability percentage is assumed.

Resolve the fit, signal and calibration questions.

Does the same M6 thread prove a drop-in replacement?

No. Engagement, free stud length, shoulders, body clearance, stiffness and electrical scaling must also match the original revision.

Can I use a female-thread or mixed-thread design instead?

Yes as a new interface review. MT-ILC-FF or MF changes the mounting stack, so evaluate it as an adaptation rather than assuming the original installation is unchanged.
